Recently Brian Steeger completed a series of holiday performances of "The Virgin of Tepyac" with Teatro Campesino. Returning to his joint Music Directorship with his wife Maryanne Steeger the duo enjoyed playing with fellow campesino musician to sold out houses at the famous historic Mission San Juan Bautista.

Listed in the scedual of classes at The Village World Music Center, Bran will be helping out Chris Caswell with his fledgling World Music program at the Sebastapol Community Center.

Brian Has played morris and country dance tunes for decandes and for the first time a recording is avaliable of him playing in the Bruno Band of pipe and Bowl Morris.

The original recordings of Fandango at Sonoma have been remastered and are now avaliable through Tower records. These recordings are an example of Brian's continuing interest in ethnomusigraphical research.
